Börek (Turkish pie)
For this cake you will need:
- The dough yufka or at least pita.
(there is no such distinction, I tried two dough)
- 500g of minced
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 carrot (shredded)
- A bunch of parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 100g butter
Take the dough, put them on a baking sheet (oil lubricated not necessary), edge leave behind, they will close up the pie. Pour the filling and the sauce, place a piece of dough on the size of the pan, and pour back filling and sauce. So until the end, until run out of stuffing and gravy.
