What are the subtleties of Hajj for Women?

In the name of God the Merciful, the Compassionate!

Our sincere words and our glorification to Allah Ta'ala, and His beloved, revered by all of us the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad Mustafa (peace be upon him) praise and acclaiming. Assalyamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakutuh, dear fellow, my dear Muslims!

As is known, the fifth pillar of Islam is the Hajj - the pilgrimage. Every sane person who has sufficient health and sufficient financial status, you should at least once in a lifetime to perform the Hajj. Rite of Hajj has three Fard. The first is that, before setting foot on the land of the Holy Mecca, you must be clothed the pilgrim's garment (ihram). The second fard is to commit ritual circumambulation of the Kaaba (tawaf). The third includes a stay in the valley of Arafat, which is near the Holy Mecca.

In addition to these mandatory moments, there are also a number of related activities, however, we feel obliged to clarify some aspects related to the fact that recently some of our sisters in a hurry to perform Hajj without accompanying persons. Our scientists-theologians refrain from explanations about the pilgrimage women alone.

In the book "Worship in Islam" and other old books on Hanafi fiqh said that the Hajj for a woman is valid only when it is together with her husband, who has the proper financial condition and health for this or a mahram (close male relative ).

The question is, why do we Muslims do not adhere to these requirements, or they do not concern us? In fact, this requirement as proposed by the Messenger of Allah, so anyone who does not adhere to it, makes an unwarranted! It turnes out that we allow women to make Haram, that is sinful. Some of our co-religionists misunderstood the fact that according to the laws of Saudi Arabia issued a visa for women older than 45 years and, therefore, in their opinion, is given permission to make a pilgrimage to the Holy places themselves without guides. While the visa is issued for entry into the country, and not for the implementation of the Hajj. And this is, as they say, two big differences.
