The Well of Zamzam is a well located within the Masjid al-Haram in Mecca.
The water Zam-Zam has amazing properties. It has pleasant taste, does not deteriorate, satisfies hunger and thirst. The water Zam-Zam heals diseases.
Transferred from the words of Ibn Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: "Zam-Zam Water helps to implement the sake of what you're drinking it." Ibn Abbas says: "If you drank it and was cured, then Allah healed you, and if you're drinking it, to be satisfied, then Allah satiated you, if you drank it, asking for protection, Allah will protect you".
Companion Abu Dhar al Ghifaari said: "I spent thirty days and nights without eating anything except water "Zam-Zam". I did not feel the slightest hunger, I became a bulging belly "(Muslim).
Ibn Qayyim (radyyallahu anhu) said: "I and many others have experienced the amazing things associated with the treatment of the water of Zamzam. I asked Allah to cure me of a number of diseases and recovered with His permission. I have seen those who ate only the Zam Zam water and did not feel the hunger. "This scholar, in his book "Medicine of the Prophet writes": "There was a time when I lived in Mecca, became ill and found no doctor or medicine, and I was treated with the surah "Fatiha". I took a portion of the water Zam Zam, I read it several times this surah, and then drank. And completely recovered. In the future I was convinced many times in absolute effectiveness of this method".
Egyptian newspaper "News" reported that Dr. Ali Farid Muhammad, Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Faculty of Medicine of the University of Ain Ash Shams (Cairo) received the award of the third International conference of doctors - embryologists. In this paper it was written on the use of Zam-Zam water for the treatment of insufficiency of embryo development. The result of the study was the fact that the use of Zam Zam water reduces the need for cesarean section.
The Prophet said (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam): "Verily, Zam-Zam water - a cure for many diseases".
