Certainly, based on the verses and hadith, we can say that the jinn also responsible for acts committed by them. At the behest of the Almighty Creator, they should avoid the forbidden, and do good, worshiping Allah, as well as people. This opinion is the opinion of Islamic scholars. (Tafsirul - Qurtubi, 17/ 169).
The Quran says:
"And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me. I do not want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me". (The Quran, 51:56-57).
We say: "O company of jinn and mankind, did there not come to you messengers from among you, relating to you My verses and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours?" They will say, "We bear witness against ourselves"; and the worldly life had deluded them, and they will bear witness against themselves that they were disbelievers". (The Quran, 6:130)
As seen from the verses, the jinn, exactly like people, have full responsibility for committed deeds.
According to legend Ibni Abbas (radiallahu anhu) The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "I was sent the jinn and men , white and black (Abu Nuaim, Delailyu - Nubuvva., № 25,1/66). According to some scholars, this hadith "black" refers to the jinn, which is the color associated with the soul.
The work called "Al-Akyydatut tahaviyya" says:
"Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the chosen servant of Allah, His Prophet, contentment. He is the last of all the prophets, He is the most beloved among. He was sent with the truth and the light, for all the jinn and all creatures". (Al-Imamut Tahawi, Al-Akyydatut Tahaviyya , 1 /22)
Razi in his tafisre said: "The fact that the jinn are responsible for their actions and deeds, agreed all scientists".
