Rules of sitting and sleeping
While sitting can not rely on anything. The body must be kept straight and do not slouch. During the conversation, is unacceptable to put your hand on the interlocutor, also you can not sit cross-legged and wiggle your feet. When reading and writing the distance between the book and the notebook should be not less than the span, you can not rely with chest on the table. Get used to sit in this position, which would not cause harm to health.
At dusk read this du'a: "Amsayna va amsa-l-mulky lillahi rabbil-' alyamin" Its meaning:" Here we come this evening. His kingdom is owned creator and keeper of the universe Allah Ta'ala".
Going to sleep, you should read this du'a: "Allahumma aslyamtu nafsi ilyayka wa vazhzhahu vazhhi ilyayka wa fauvaztu amri ilyayka wa alzhaitu zahri ilyayka ragbatan wa rahbatan ilyayka la maljya va la manja minka illa ilaika. Aamantu bi kitabikallyazi anzalta wa bi nabiyikallyazi arsalta". "O Allah Ta'ala! I rely and direct my attention to you, rushing to you, I believe that my salvation and deliverance only in front of You, I believe in the Book of the Prophet which were sent by You.
Waking up and getting out of bed to be read Du'a: "Alhamdulillyahi llyazi radda alaika ruhi va gafani fi zhasadi va azina li bi zikrih". Its meaning is: "All my praise to Allah Ta'ala who has returned to me my soul and gave freshness to my body and allowed the mention with gratitude".
Early in the morning, read the du'a: "Asbahna va asbalha-l-mulky lillyahi rabbil' alyamin". Meaning: «Now we have lived up to this morning. This morning the Kingdom is in the power of Allah Ta'ala the creator of the universe".
