Where Are The Jinn Most Likely To Be?
1297

Jinnah, as well as the people who inhabit our planet. Allah said in the Holy Quran:

فأزلهما الشيطان عنها فأخرجهما مما كانا فيه وقلنا اهبطوا بعضكم لبعض عدو ولكم في الأرض مستقر ومتاع إلى حين

"But Satan caused them to slip out of it and removed them from that [condition] in which they had been. And We said, "Go down, [all of you], as enemies to one another, and you will have upon the earth a place of settlement and provision for a time". (The Quran, 3:36)

Just like in another verse says that Allah Almighty created the earth for life:

والأرض وضعها للأنام

"And the earth He laid [out] for the creatures". (The Quran, 55:10)

And as noted by Imam Hassan and Imam Dahhak use in verse the word "anam" refers both humans and jinns. (Tafsirul - Qurtubi,17/155)

Jinnah largely live in abandoned places people, baths, landfill, in caves, cemeteries and in the mountains. Mainly in those places where there is uncleanness.

According to Zaid ibn Arqam (R.A) the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said:

"In places where you spoil the ablution inhabits many of the jinn. So when one of you comes to the toilet let pronounces: "I seek refuge in Allah from the Jinn male and female". (Abu Dawud, Taharat 3, № 6, 1/6; Ahmad ibn Hambal, Al-Musnad, № 19331, 32/80).

Markets are a place of habitat of the Jinn.

Narrated by Salman Farisi (R.A.) The prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "If it is possible, try not to be coming first on the market and stay until the last. Because the market is a place where the fighting Jinnah". (Muslim, Fazail-Sahabah: 16, № 6469, 7/144).

The word "maraka" is used in the sense of "place of battle", because the market is a place where there is deception and false oaths pronounced. And accordingly a place where packed with jinns, waswasa, provoking them to all sorts of machinations.

Sheikh Abu Al-Isbahani in his work "Al-Azam" cites the following hadith transmitted from Bilal ibn Harith (R.A.).

We were with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) in one of the campaigns. At one point the Prophet (peace be upon him) moved away from us, to do his doings. He always moved away from us when he went to do his doings. I brought him some water, and saw the crowd surrounded him, talking loudly some rumblings that until now I did not hear.

Later, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) explained to me: "Believers and unbelievers jinn being near me, argued among themselves and asked me to resettle them. I have settled jinn believers in Dzhals and non believers in Avr".

When I asked him, what does these words mean, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Dzhals - village and the mountains, the mountains, Avr is that what is between the sea and the mountains". (Sheikh Abu Al-Isbahani , Kitabul-Azam, 5/1684)
